Platform overview

One platform. Three connected surfaces.

QUANTIX gives a brokerage a Trader Portal, a back-office CRM and an Admin Console, on its own domain and brand. All three share one trading engine, one set of price feeds and one audit trail.

What it replaces

Trading, CRM, payments and KYC in one product.

Brokerages often start with an off-the-shelf trading platform, then add a separate CRM, then payment tooling, then integration work to hold it all together. QUANTIX is built the other way round: one database, one login per role, and a CRM that sees every trade, deposit and KYC event as it happens.

That changes the working day. Dealers can place or edit trades on a client’s behalf from the customer record. Compliance sees KYC documents and the audit trail beside the account. Sales sees each deposit the moment it lands.

What sets it apart

What makes it one platform, not a bundle.

  1. 01

Trading and CRM in one system

No sync jobs and no duplicate records. The CRM sees every trade, deposit and KYC event live, and dealers can place or edit trades for clients from the customer record.

  2. 02

    True white-label per brand

A custom domain with automatic TLS, logo, favicons, app icon, colours, corner radius, default theme and support contacts. All of it changes without a redeploy.

  3. 03

    Dealer-based execution with automation

Market, limit, stop and stop-limit orders against live feeds. A continuous engine handles pending orders, SL/TP, margin, swap accrual and liquidation.

  4. 04

    Real-time throughout

Prices, positions and trades update live for traders and in the CRM.

  5. 05

    A lead-to-trader pipeline

Facebook Lead Ads and landing-page campaigns feed the CRM every minute. One click converts a lead and creates the trading account; self-registration converts the matching lead.

  6. 06

    Granular permissions

19 modules × 6 actions × 4 data scopes (mine, my reports, my team, all), laid over an employee hierarchy.

  7. 07

    Automation that reaches the client

35 notification triggers with multi-language, multi-channel templates, rules and manual approvals.

  8. 08

    Arabic, English and French

English, Arabic with a full right-to-left layout, and French, with a notification language per customer.

  9. 09

More ways for clients to trade

Follow and copy traders, activate automated trading programs and receive structured trading signals, all inside your branded client experience. See the Copy Trading, Automated Trading Programs and Trading Signals pages.

The client chain

One chain from first enquiry to daily operations.

Each stage hands off to the next inside the same system. A lead becomes a customer, the customer opens an account, KYC is reviewed, the deposit is approved and trading begins. Every step is visible to the people who need it and recorded in the audit trail.

Who uses what

Every role gets its own view.

  1. 01

    Founders and CEOs

Your brand, your domain, one vendor and one platform to run. You set it up in the branding settings and the Admin Console.

  2. 02

    Sales and retention

Lead flow, saved views, click-to-call, WhatsApp links, lead status tiles and a full customer record.

  3. 03

    Dealers and risk

Instruments, spreads, leverage limits, stop levels and the trades page, plus the engine’s margin and liquidation rules.

  4. 04

    Compliance

A KYC queue, an audit trail of every change and role-based access down to the data scope.

  5. 05

    Finance and operations

Payment methods, transactions, approval workflows and exports.

  6. 06

    Technical evaluators

A multi-tenant architecture with real-time delivery and a full audit trail. See the technology page.

Good to know

How execution works, and what depends on your plan.

  • Dealer-based execution

Your brokerage is the counterparty to client trades. QUANTIX is not an exchange or ECN venue.

  • Market-data coverage depends on your data plan

Forex, crypto and commodities are supported out of the box. Stocks and indices depend on the feed you subscribe to.

Brands, domains, licence and languages.

Is QUANTIX a broker?

No. QUANTIX is software. You operate the brokerage, hold the licence your jurisdiction requires and own the client relationship.

Do my clients need to download an app?

No. The Trader Portal runs in any browser and can be installed to the phone’s home screen with your brand’s icon.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Each brand runs on its own domain, with separate addresses for the CRM and the Trader Portal, and automatic TLS certificates.

Can I run several brands?

Yes. Each brand is a separate tenant with its own domain, branding, users and data, managed from the Admin Console.

Which languages are supported?

The interface is available in English, Arabic (right-to-left) and French. Notification templates are written per language and per channel.
