Who we are

QUANTIX provides CRM, WebTrader, back-office and related technology for forex and CFD brokerage businesses. QUANTIX is a technology brand: it is not a broker and does not offer trading or investment services to the public.

This notice explains what happens to the personal data you send through this website. You can reach us at contact@quantix.technology.

What we collect

When you send a demo, proposal or custom-solution request, you give us your name and how you prefer to be contacted (WhatsApp, Telegram, email or phone call), with the matching detail: an email address, a phone number or a Telegram username. You may also add a company or project name, your role, country, business stage and a message. We never ask for passwords, payment details or identity documents.

With each request we also record the request type, the language and page you used, the time, the country you selected, the country of your phone number’s calling code, and your IP address together with the country our hosting provider derives from it. If you arrived through a campaign link, we add its tags (such as UTM parameters or an ad click identifier), the first page you visited and the site you came from. Your browser keeps these campaign tags only until you close the tab, and they reach us only if you submit a request.

How we use it

We use your details to reply, arrange a demo, prepare a proposal and keep a record of the conversation. Campaign tags show us which channels bring enquiries, and the IP address and its country help us spot spam and abuse and understand where requests come from.

We do this because you asked us to get in touch, and because it is in our legitimate interest to run and protect a business website. Before sending the form you confirm that you have read this notice and agree that we may contact you about your request.

Where your data goes

Your request is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and saved in a Google Sheets spreadsheet through Google Apps Script. A notification email with the same details is sent to the QUANTIX team through Google. The website is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

Technical data and cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics or advertising trackers. When you send the form, your IP address is also held in server memory for about ten minutes to limit repeated submissions. The one item your browser keeps is described in the cookie notice.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply and to follow up the discussion you started, and no longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to contact@quantix.technology and we will deal with your request. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
